Warranty

Each product purchased from our store comes with a 1-year limited warranty. To access warranty services, please retain your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. Clear photos of the product and a video showcasing the issue will help expedite the process.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does NOT apply:

  • 1. To consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that degrade over time, unless the failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • 2. To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports, unless caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
  • 3. To damage caused by the use of third-party components or accessories not meeting our product specifications.
  • 4. To damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spills, or natural disasters.
  • 5. To damage caused by using the product outside of the guidelines we publish.
  • 6. To products that have been altered or modified without written authorization.
  • 7. To defects resulting from normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
  • 8. If the product is reported stolen, and proof of ownership cannot be provided.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, forward your order confirmation to contact@alcadrone.com. Note that cancellations may take up to 24 hours. Any orders shipped during this time will need to be rejected or returned. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items. Once the returned order is received in its unopened box, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

30-Day Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy if you’re not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind) may incur a restocking fee of up to 30%. Defective products returned within the first 30 days are exempt from this fee.

Conditions for Returns:

  • 1. We are not responsible for lost packages or unverified products during the return process.
  • 2. Customers must cover all customs charges, duties, or tariffs when returning items. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • 3. Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.
  • 4. Returned items must be in new, undamaged condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • 5. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Refunds will not be issued for returns after this period.

How to Request Warranty Services (Returns, Repair, Refund)

For warranty issues, contact us via contact@alcadrone.com. To ensure a smooth process:

  • 1. Provide your order ID.
  • 2. Clearly describe the issue: what happened, when, and how.
  • 3. Attach clear photos or videos of the defect under good lighting.
  • 4. Indicate any steps already taken to resolve the issue.

Note: Clear and focused photos/videos are crucial for verification. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns Process

Returns for Refund: Ship the item(s) to our return address within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns for Exchange: Ship the item(s) to our return address within 30 days of receipt. We will ship a replacement upon receiving your return.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost time, inconvenience, or loss of use of the product. Additionally, we are not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or death related to the use of our products.

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims and returns.
